COVID-19 Operational Policy

The safety of our team, clients, and subjects are of utmost importance to us all the time, but especially so during this current health pandemic. 

We take pride in our professionalism and safety just as much as our finished results. 

We are constantly reviewing the latest guidelines from the CDC, local health departments, and local film and TV medical advisors in order to put in place the best and safest practices in order to make sure we have a safe production.

Photoshoots & Production

We will:

• Wear protective coverings (masks & gloves) where necessary, especially during indoor productions.
• Checking health signs & temperature checks
• With budget permitting, onsite covid-19 rapid testing.
• Minimize crew and bystanders during production.
• Apply innovative measures for 'non-essential' shoot attendees to be able to remotely view the work as it is created if needed. 
• Advise our clients to the best of our abilities on best practices for safety and cleanliness.
• Ensure that any props & equipment that we provide directly, will be properly sanitized prior to being handed to others.
• Avoid, where possible, placing of models in close proximity to maintain proper social distancing.

You will:

• Alert production members of any contact with anyone testing positive for Covid.
• Stay home if you are not feeling well or have any symptoms of Covid-19.
• Help to keep the set as spares as possible, keeping all non essential folks away from the set.
